Do I have to change my mailbox?
No. You connect your existing mailbox (Gmail, Outlook/Microsoft 365 or any other with IMAP/SMTP). Replies go out from your address, in the same thread.
Will the AI send anything without my approval?
Only if you want it to. By default the AI prepares a draft and you approve it with one click. Once you trust it, you switch on automatic mode.
How does the AI know what to say?
You describe your business, offer and rules in a simple form and add sample replies. Every edited reply can be saved as a pattern — the agent learns your style.
What counts as an "email" in a plan's limit?
One reply generated by the AI. Spam, newsletters and automated notifications are filtered out and do not use up your limit.
How will I find out about a hot lead?

Is my data safe?
